RusChemAlliance LLC is a special purpose company for the implementation of Gas Processing Complex within Ust-Luga Ethane-Rich Gas Processing Cluster Project. The future facilities comprise a gas processing plant, an LNG plant, and related transport infrastructure, including a logistics center forming part of product storage area, interconnecting pipe racks for product pipelines and an integrated marine shipment terminal.
